Our School
Scott Libby Elementary School opened in 1976 as the second school in the Litchfield Elementary School District serving mostly rural communities. The Scott Libby staff serves approximately 500 students in Preschool through 5th grade, including 5 self-contained special education classrooms. Scott Libby is an A rated school with an A+ designation from the Arizona Education Foundation and consistently earns high performance ratings from the Arizona Department of Education.
Our school hours are 8:20 AM to 3:05 PM. Gates open at 7:50 AM and close at 3:05 PM. Students will not be allowed on campus before or after those times as there is no supervision. Students will report directly to their homeroom classroom unless they choose to eat breakfast in our cafeteria. Students who are attending an organized and supervised activity outside those hours are allowed on campus under the guidance of the adult sponsoring that activity and transportation will be the responsibility of the family.
